Requirements

• Must be 20 years and above.
• MSCE Certificate.
• Certificate / Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Bartending is an added advantage.
• 1–2 years experience as a Bartender in a lodge, hotel or bar.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Must be clean, neat and well-presented at all times.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of mixing drinks – cocktails, mocktails, local & international drinks.
• Knowledge of different beers, wines and spirits.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to handle cash quickly and use POS system.
• Ability to work fast even when busy.
• Team work.
• Honest and trustworthy.

Duties

• Setting up the bar before opening.
• Preparing and serving drinks.
• Keeping the bar clean and tidy.
• Monitoring beverage stock.
• Receiving payments.
