ICT ASSOCIATE (WITH TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES)
Position Summary

The ICT Associate will provide technical support for the Academy's ICT infrastructure while teaching ICT/Computer Studies and assisting staff and learners in the effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain computers, printers and related ICT equipment.
• Support internet connectivity and school information systems.
• Manage user accounts, data backups and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Provide first-line technical support to staff and learners.
• Teach ICT/Computer Studies.
• Support integration of technology into teaching and learning.
• Maintain ICT inventory and records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems or Education with ICT.
• Minimum three (3) years' relevant experience.
• Experience teaching ICT/Computer Studies is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software and network issues.
