JOB DETAILS:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for producing high-quality photorealistic renders and visual presentations that communicate design intent clearly to clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create 3D models from CAD drawings
- Produce realistic renders and walkthroughs
- Adjust designs based on client feedback
- Maintain digital material library
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong portfolio of 3D renders
- Proficiency in SketchUp + Lumion / 3ds Max / V-Ray / Enscape
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and composition
- Interior project visualization experience preferred
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
