JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To manage client relationships, conduct credit assessments, and grow the company’s loan portfolio through effective marketing, client servicing, and financial advisory support.
Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through effective relationship management.

Credit Assessment: Conduct client assessments, appraisals, and credit analysis.

Product Marketing: Market financial products and cross-sell services to existing and potential customers.

Loan Processing: Prepare loan documentation and ensure compliance with internal lending policies.
-
Repayment Follow-Up: Follow up on repayments and maintain updated client records.

Customer Advisory: Handle customer inquiries and provide professional financial guidance.

Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach and promotional activities to attract new clients.
Requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, microfinance, or client relationship management.

Strong knowledge of credit principles and financial products.
-
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
-
Target-driven and able to work under minimal supervision.
-
Must be willing to travel.
