Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office and administrative operations
- Coordinate branch activities and ensure smooth workflow
- Supervise support staff and maintain office discipline
- Assist with basic human resources management including staff records, leave management, and recruitment coordination
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and operational records
- Manage company documentation and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company logistics
- Assist management with planning and implementation of company policies
- Monitor office supplies, assets, and procurement processes
- Handle customer inquiries and support service delivery
- Ensure company compliance documents are always up to date and properly filed
- Coordinate renewals and compliance requirements with relevant authorities
- Maintain records for contracts, permits, insurance, and company registrations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration or office management
- Knowledge of procurement processes and tender preparation
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in Malawi
- Basic knowledge of human resources management practices
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the transport, hospitality, logistics, or car rental industry will be an added advantage
