About The Role

Our marketing agency that is supporting a software development company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to support the growth of a Software Development client. The ideal candidate should be a strong sales professional with an ICT background who understands digital solutions and can confidently engage businesses across Malawi. The primary focus of this role is to bring new clients and manage their onboarding process, meaning a growth-focused firm prospect to active customer.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in ICT, telecoms, or technology services
  • Good understanding of software, mobile applications, or digital solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup
  • Must be based in Lilongwe

Added Advantages

  • Experience working with software development or IT service companies
  • Existing network of business contacts in Malawi
  • Experience in B2B sales
