Latitude 13°, part of the Latitude Hotels Group, is seeking a qualified, self-motivated, and dedicated Accountant to join its team.

Key Requirements

Daily cash ups and reconciliations

Management of receivables and clearing accounts

Posting and updating transactions in Sage Evolution

Updating data from Opera PMS into Sage

Monthly balance sheet schedules and stock counts

Bank reconciliations, system backups, and other assigned duties

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure

Computer literate (Sage & Opera PMS preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

Partly qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a busy accounts department (tourism industry preferred)

ICAM registration is an added advantage

Preferred age range: 25 – 40 years
