JOB SUMMARY

Modern Infrastructure Limited, a registered construction firm, seeks a qualified Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulations.

DUTIES

• Record and manage all financial transactions
• Prepare balance sheets, accounts, and financial reports
• Issue payment vouchers and manage payments
• Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable
• Prepare and manage salaries and wages
• Manage petty cash and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations
• Prepare project costings and budgets
• Monitor and control expenses
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Experience in construction industry preferred
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
