Ketase Group

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (IFRS-aligned)
  • Produce management accounts with clear insights on performance by business unit
  • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting systems (e.g. Zoho Books)

Tax & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) requirements (VAT, PAYE, etc.)
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and supporting schedules
  • Support audits and regulatory reporting

Project & Cost Tracking

  • Track project-based income and expenses (including pass-through vs operational costs)
  • Link revenue to project expenditure for accurate reporting and compliance
  • Support profitability analysis per client and per project

Cashflow & Budgeting

  • Develop and monitor budgets across departments
  • Provide cashflow forecasts and financial planning support
  • Advise leadership on cost optimisation and financial risks

Systems & Process Improvement

• Strengthen financial SOPs and internal controls

  • Support the finance team in improving reporting structures and workflows
  • Align financial systems across KETASE Creatives and KETASE Tech

Requirement Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in accounting or finance (consulting experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Malawi tax regulations and compliance
  • Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books or similar)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work across multiple business units and projects
