Job Overview
Horizon Global Limited is seeking a highly detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Coordinator to support finance and sales operations. The role involves ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, reconciliation, and effective coordination between sales and accounts functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify and manage sales invoices.
- Conduct van sales reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Reconcile and monitor pending orders and balances.
- Review and validate overtime sheets for accuracy.
- Ensure all van sales routes are completed and accounted for monthly.
- Conduct monthly stock takes and reconcile inventory records.
- Support financial reporting and audit processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accounts or Sales Department.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
