We are looking to recruit a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support the company’s financial management, ensure accurate record-keeping, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
• Prepare financial reports and reconciliations
• Handle invoicing, payments, and receivables
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with budgeting and audits
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Odoo, QuickBooks)
• Strong Excel skills
• Attention to detail and integrity

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
