Responsibilities or duties

Managing daily financial transactions of the company

Recording branch income and expenses

Preparing financial reports and summaries

Assisting in VAT and tax preparation

Following up on refunds and outstanding payments

Managing payroll records

Filing financial documents and receipts properly

Assisting management with budgeting and financial planning

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping

Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel

Honest and trustworthy

Ability to work under pressure

Good communication skills
