Job Overview
The Administration Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight of administrative and logistics functions, ensuring efficient service delivery, cost control, and compliance with company policies.
The Role
- Oversee administrative services including transport, cleaning, printing, and facilities
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Supervise administrative and support staff
- Coordinate outsourced service providers and ensure performance compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for administrative operations
- Manage administration and logistics budgets
- Oversee service providers through SLAs and performance monitoring
- Coordinate housing, maintenance, and utilities management
- Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary support team
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audit compliance
- Promote adherence to company policies, including SHERQ and compliance standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in administration, logistics, or facilities management
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage complex operations in a large organization
