We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities or duties

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily office administration and ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Preparing, processing, and maintaining financial records and reports.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Processing payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Preparing payroll and maintaining employee records.
  • Managing procurement records and office inventory.
  • Filing statutory returns and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.
  • Coordinating meetings, correspondence, and document management.
  • Supporting management with administrative and financial reporting.
  • Performing any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience needed

  • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in administration and finance.
  • Experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.
