We are seeking highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities or duties
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily office administration and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Preparing, processing, and maintaining financial records and reports.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Processing payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with budgeting and financial planning.
- Preparing payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Managing procurement records and office inventory.
- Filing statutory returns and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Preparing quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment schedules.
- Coordinating meetings, correspondence, and document management.
- Supporting management with administrative and financial reporting.
- Performing any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience needed
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in administration and finance.
- Experience with accounting software will be an added advantage.
