JOB DETAILS:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Outlet Maintenance – Conduct regular visits to assigned agents within your territory, monitor dealer performance, and maintain strong working relationships.

Agent Enablement – Design and deliver training or promotional campaigns tailored to each agent’s needs to improve outlet performance.

Promotional Execution – Execute company promotional activities per SOP, assisting both new and existing agents in boosting brand visibility in their neighborhoods.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with a proven track record of field / client visits.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; age 30 or below.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Must own a smartphone.
• Candidates with personal transportation will be given priority.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
