Background
Anglican Diocese of Southern Malawi is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to fill various positions at Mindanti. Mindanti Health Centre is a Christian health institution located in lower shire, Chapananga, Chikwawa, Malawi. The clinic is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare services to the community. To strengthen our team and enhance service delivery, applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Malawian candidates to fill various vacant positions.
Available Position and Key Requirements
10. Artisan( General Fitter)
Main Duties:
fabricates, assembles, installs, and maintains mechanical equipment and structural components. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using specialized hand and power tools, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Certificate in relevant position.
General Attributes
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chichewa.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to support and work within a Christian institutional environment.
