Responsibilities or duties

• Support the Head Chef in daily food preparation and cooking tasks.
• Prepare ingredients by chopping, marinating, and portioning as directed.
• Assist in plating and garnishing dishes for events and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Head Chef.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures during food handling.
• Step in to cover cooking duties in the absence of the Head Chef when required.
