Role Context

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties:

  • Support the executive housekeeper in the day-to-day operations of the department
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and efficiently allocate daily duties
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand and quality standards
  • Conduct regular inspections and follow up on corrective actions
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, performance management, and discipline
  • Monitor and control linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Assist with training coordination, HR reporting, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping supervision (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
