Role Context
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the smooth and efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
Key Duties:
- Support the executive housekeeper in the day-to-day operations of the department
- Supervise housekeeping staff and efficiently allocate daily duties
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet brand and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on corrective actions
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, performance management, and discipline
- Monitor and control linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist with training coordination, HR reporting, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
