JOB PURPOSE
To support business growth by coordinating field agents, managing office operations, overseeing basic accounting functions, and ensuring efficient day-to-day administration to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote business growth and identify new opportunities.
- Supervise, train, and monitor business agents.
- Manage office administration, records, procurement, and logistics.
- Maintain accounting records, process payments, prepare reconciliations, and assist with budgets.
- Prepare business and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and perform other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2 years' experience in administration, accounting, business development, or sales.
- Experience supervising field agents is desirable.
Skills
- Business development, accounting, communication, leadership, report writing, Microsoft Office, and organizational skills.
- Business growth, agent performance, timely reporting, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
