JOB DETAILS:

We are hiring an experienced baker to take charge of all baking in our bakery.
Requirements
- Aged between 27 and 55 years
- At least 3 years’ proven experience as a baker
- Able to bake a wide range of products on your own
- MSCE; a baking or food production certificate is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety
- Able to use and look after ovens, mixers and dough equipment
- Willing to work early mornings and weekends
Duties
- Plan and run daily baking
- Mix, proof and bake to consistent quality
- Manage flour and ingredient stock
- Keep the bakery clean and safe

- Pies
