JOB DETAILS:

KITCHEN DEPARTMENT

Location: Kachere, Blantyre, Malawi

POSITIONS

BAKER

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes.
• Decorate cakes and baked goods for weddings and special events.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure all baked items are fresh and stored properly.
• Clean and maintain baking equipment and work areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate dessert offerings with main menus.
