JOB DETAILS:
Bluestar Tourism and Hospitality is seeking a Bakers Controllers to supervise structural workflow in the bakery division.
Responsibilities
- Supervise structural workflow in the bakery division.
- Lead teams.
- Quality check end products.
- Schedule batches.
- Oversee stock control of commercial ingredients.
Requirements & Selection Criteria
- Relevant academic or vocational qualification/certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related business fields.
- Proven technical experience in the respective position applied for.
- Exceptional cleanliness, personal grooming, hygiene standards, and team spirit.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Work Hours: 8
