About ZeniBee Enterprise

ZeniBee Enterprise is a Malawian agricultural enterprise committed to empowering farmers through sustainable beekeeping solutions, capacity strengthening, access to quality equipment, and market development.

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Beekeeping Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate beekeeping trainings for farmers, cooperatives, NGOs, schools, and community groups.
  • Provide technical support on apiary establishment and management.
  • Conduct hive inspections and provide advisory services to clients.
  • Support colony establishment and hive management activities.
  • Assist in developing training materials and technical resources.
  • Prepare activity reports and training documentation.
  • Support implementation of community-based beekeeping projects.
  • Promote sustainable beekeeping practices and environmental conservation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, Forestry and Natural Resources Management, Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • At least one (1) year practical experience facilitating beekeeping trainings.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of beekeeping principles, hive management, and honey production.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
