Responsibilities or duties
- Generate monthly invoices for corporate clients with credit accounts.
- Track outstanding payments and send reminders to overdue accounts.
- Reconcile COD payments collected vs. invoices issued daily.
- Issue credit notes or adjustments for refunded services.
- Prepare aging reports of accounts receivable for the Accountant.
