Background
Sycamore Credit Limited seeks a strategic and experienced professional for our Board.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide financial leadership & governance oversight.
- Evaluate financial reports, budgets, & performance.
- Formulate long-term financial & risk management strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance & audit effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Degreed Accountant (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent)
- Senior-level accounting/finance experience.
- Microfinance experience preferred.
- Board leadership or governance experience.
