BOARDING MASTER
Position Summary

The Boarding Master will oversee the daily operation of the boys' hostels and ensure a safe, disciplined, healthy and supportive boarding environment that promotes student welfare and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hostel routines and student welfare.
• Maintain discipline and safeguarding standards.
• Coordinate meals, hygiene and sanitation.
• Supervise evening preparation (prep) and study sessions.
• Maintain boarding records and incident reports.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
• Work closely with teaching staff to support student development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Education, Public Health, Nutrition, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum four (4) years' experience in student welfare, hostel supervision or boarding-school administration.
• Experience working with adolescents in a residential setting is an advantage.

• Flexibility to participate in boarding, co-curricular and other school responsibilities as required.
