Boarding Mistress / Matron

• MSCE Certificate.
• Diploma/Certificate in Education, Social Work, Nursing, or related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in boarding school or student welfare management.
• Caring, nurturing, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Disciplined, responsible, and of high integrity.

DUTIES:

• Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support in the assigned role.
• Promote quality teaching and learning.
• Manage student welfare and discipline where applicable.
• Support the school's mission of academic excellence and moral development.
• Ensure efficient administration and adherence to school policies.
