Responsibilities or duties
The job holder’s responsibility is to lead and Manage the operations of the Nsanje Branch to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and improve overall branch performance.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and the community.
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, and reporting for the branch.
Qualifications or requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- A proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset.
