Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team and play a key role in Managing one of our satellites he will take the leading role in overseeing the branch operations marketing as well as manage the branch financial accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, decision making skills, and financial management
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee branch operations and logistics for efficiency and compliance.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Manage, train, and evaluate staff performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide support.
- Control inventory, assets, and branch resources.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records.
- Ensure health, safety, and policy compliance.
- Oversee parcel verification and front desk operations.
- Support marketing activities and team performance.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and analyze attendance data.
- Overseeing day to day operations of the branch
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly sales, operations and financial reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from any accredited institution or any related Business studies.
- Proven experience as team leader
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
