Job Positions

Branch Supervisor

Key Duties and responsibilities include

• Overseeing daily branch operations activities, including cash management and loan management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage branch liquidity
• Ensure timely reconciliation of member accounts
• Address customer service issues promptly
• Prepare and submit operational reports on time
• Grow SACCO membership

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking or any other related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position (working with a microfinance will be an added advantage)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of SACCO business
• Should be the age of 35 years and above

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
