AREAS OF SPECIALISATION

We are seeking lecturers in the following areas:

Business Administration Lecturer

• Deliver high-quality lectures in management principles, strategic management, entrepreneurship, operations management, and organizational theory.
• Facilitate student learning through business simulations, group projects, and real-world problem-solving exercises.
• Develop and update course materials to reflect current business trends, globalization, and sustainable business practices.
• Conduct research in areas such as business strategy, SME development, innovation, and leadership in the African context.
• Participate in community engagement by supporting local entrepreneurs and businesses with management consulting and capacity-building initiatives.
• Mentor and support students in developing business plans, leadership abilities, and entrepreneurial mindsets.
• Participate in academic and administrative activities, including curriculum development and program evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in a relevant field (PhD is an added advantage).
• Relevant teaching and/or industry experience.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence, student development and research.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic university environment.
