The Role
The Business Development Executive, will be the face of the Club, bridging the gap between our prestigious traditions and modern growth. The mission is to grow our community through recruitment of new members, secure high-value partnerships, and ensure our calendar is packed with unforgettable events.
Key Responsibilities
- Membership & Growth: Proactively drive new membership acquisitions and implement strategies to keep our current members engaged and loyal.
- Sponsorships & Partnerships: Identify and secure strategic sponsorships from corporate and private stakeholders to boost Club revenue.
- Event Mastermind: Lead the end-to-end planning of golf and tennis tournaments, family fun days, and any other Club events.
- Venue Management: Manage bookings for our pavilion grounds, transforming the space into the go-to venue for weddings, corporate events, football, cricket and any other sporting disciplines.
- Entertainment & Engagement: Curate a vibrant social calendar that keeps the “club life” buzzing and profitable.
- PR & Communication: Act as the voice of the Club. Manage all social media platforms, media content, and internal communications to keep members informed.
- Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong, professional relationships with members, partners, and the local community.
Requirements and skills
Applicants should be in possession of the following;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a busy organization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive sales.
