JOB DETAILS:
Outright Royce Limited, a growing pharmaceutical and medical supplies company, is seeking results-driven and innovative individuals to lead its sales and operations in the following categories:
Responsibilities or duties
- Identify and secure new clients (pharmacies, clinics, hospitals)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote and sell medical and pharmaceutical products
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Assist with ordering and receiving medical supplies
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Background in Pharmacy/Medical field is an added advantage
- Proven sales experience with measurable results
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional
- Candidates with existing customers/relationships in pharmacies, clinics, and Hospitals will be given priority

- Base salary + commission (3%–7% on collected revenue)
- Performance-based bonuses
