JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Chikho Hotel is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead kitchen operations, prepare high-quality meals, and ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate or other relevant culinary qualification.
- At least two (2) years of cooking experience in a busy hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.
- Creativity and passion for food preparation and presentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
