JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual to join our team as a Chef. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, willing to learn and improve, self-motivated, and able to take initiative while working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities or duties,

Responsibilities include costing of meals, recording consumption and producing consumption reports. Additionally preparing and presenting meals to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, managing food stock in the kitchen and portion control, ensuring proper food storage, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the kitchen.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills),

At least a Diploma in Hospitality or related fields

Experience needed,

6 years experience in a similar role.
