JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and plating guidelines.
- Set up workstations with required ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Monitor food stock levels and request replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking surfaces, tools, and refrigeration units.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant training.
- 1–3 years experience in a commercial kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or catering).
- Basic food hygiene certificate.
Key Competencies: Speed, teamwork, adaptability, attention to taste/presentation.
Work Hours: 8
