2️⃣ Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Summary:

The CFO will oversee AgriKwik’s financial health, capital strategy, investor relations, and operational scalability. This role will lead fundraising initiatives, maintain strong relationships with financial partners, and provide strategic guidance to the CEO and executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead equity, debt, and grant fundraising efforts; manage investor relations.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, cash flow, and tax compliance.
• Implement robust internal controls, policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track KPIs, prepare financial reports, and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on growth strategies, investments, and business development initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional qualification like CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
• 7+ years in senior financial leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Experience in fundraising, investment management, or corporate finance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
