4️⃣ Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Summary:

The COO will oversee AgriKwik’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service delivery across all business units. This role is critical to managing rural agents, kiosks, franchises, logistics, FBA operations, and platform services while translating strategy into operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Supervise rural agents, kiosks, and franchise partners; conduct audits and field visits.
  • Oversee logistics, fulfillment, warehouses, and supply chain operations.
  • Ensure smooth functionality across all AgriKwik platforms and services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams; establish KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
  • Coordinate with Compliance Officer to mitigate operational risks.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field (Master’s or professional certifications like MBA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma preferred).
  • 7+ years in senior operations, logistics, or supply chain leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit operations, rural networks, and franchises.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
