Y-Malawi invites qualified, committed applicants for two positions supporting church empowerment, youth programming, safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting.

Church Field Officer – Chimutu

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen church networks, leadership, discipleship, and spiritual growth.
• Coordinate church initiatives, including Men in the Mirror, family interventions, and seed projects.
• Mentor volunteers and promote sustainable local ministries.
• Track progress and submit monthly reports to the Area Coordinator.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Qualification in Theology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Commitment to Christian ministry and community transformation.
• Strong facilitation, communication, planning, teamwork, computer, and reporting skills.
• Able to work well with people from diverse denominational backgrounds.
• Church or community development experience is an advantage.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
