Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Helper to join our international primary school team. The successful candidate will support teachers in creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and daily routines.
- Provide individual support to students when needed.
- Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
- Supervise students during lessons, playtime, and school events.
- Foster a caring and inclusive atmosphere in line with the school’s values.
- Ensure that the classroom is clean and safe to use.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multicultural team.
