Key Responsibilities

• Be a Financial Coach: Work directly with clients to understand their businesses and tailor suitable financial solutions
• Drive Economic Growth: Identify and support potential entrepreneurs within assigned areas
• Manage Client Portfolios: Process loan applications, conduct assessments, and ensure responsible lending
• Build Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor and reliable support to clients

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Social Work, or a related field from a reputable institution
• Some community work experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
• Self-motivated, organized, a team player, and results-driven
• Passionate about helping others succeed
• Willing to learn and build a long-term career with Crest Capital Finance Limited upon successful completion of the internship
• Valid driving license is an added advantage
• Age range: 25–30 years (desirable)
• Applicants must be residents of Lilongwe

Level of Education: associate degree
