Role Overview:

To champion YCN’s climate action and environmental sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose and help implement local climate action projects (e.g., tree planting, clean-ups, awareness campaigns).
• Research and share information on climate change impacts and solutions relevant to Malawi.
• Mobilize youth for environmental advocacy and action.
• Develop educational content on environmental conservation for YCN platforms.
• Track and report on the progress of environmental initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong passion for environmental conservation and climate justice.
• Good research and communication skills.
• Creative thinking for community engagement activities.
• Basic understanding of climate change issues is an advantage.
