JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

To provide clinical instruction, supervision, and evaluation for nursing students in adult health settings. The role bridges theoretical knowledge and practical application in medical-surgical nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations in adult health units.
• Demonstrate and evaluate clinical skills and patient care.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure appropriate learning experiences.
• Conduct pre- and post-conference sessions with students.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Participate in curriculum development and simulation training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required; Master’s in Nursing preferred.
• Valid nursing license and clinical experience in adult health/medical-surgical nursing.
• Prior teaching or clinical instruction experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
