Role Description

We are looking for a Communications Intern to support the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) unit. You will support documentation, storytelling, and visibility of our programmes and partnerships. The role focuses on capturing experiences from our work, sharing them, and supporting internal and external communication efforts.

You will work closely with programme teams and partners to help tell our story and strengthen how we communicate our work and impact.

What you will do

  • Support documentation of programme activities, success stories, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Help develop and update communication materials such as briefs, stories, newsletters, and social media content
  • Support visibility and branding of AICC across different platforms; and assist in coordinating with media and communication partners
  • Help organize events, workshops, and learning meetings
  • Support preparation of reports, briefs, and learning materials in collaboration with programme and M&E staff

What we are looking for

  • A diploma or degree in Communications, Development Studies, Media or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Support documentation of programme activities, success stories, lessons learned, and best practices
  • Help develop and update communication materials such as briefs, stories, newsletters, and social media content
  • Support visibility and branding of AICC across different platforms; and assist in coordinating with media and communication partners
