JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must:

• Possess a Grade 1 Trade Test Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Building Construction, Carpentry, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in project identification, appraisal, and consolidation into the Constituency Annual Investment Plan (AIP);
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors and the Directorate of Public Works;
• Monitor and report on project progress;
• Update project management system platforms;
• Support constituency-level performance assessments using Local Authority Performance Assessment tools;
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: professional certificate
