We are seeking a Core Network Technical Support Engineer to join our team.If you have core network skills will be prefered, but we are also willing to train potential personnel.

Responsibilities or duties

Provide on-site or remote technical support for mobile operators’ core network systems.

Handle complex fault localization and resolution to meet strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements.

Execute network expansion, configuration updates, and major system migrations.

Collaborate with R&D and project management teams to optimize network performance.

Qualifications or requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field.

Networking Fundamentals: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, and Datacom products.

Core Network Expertise: Profound knowledge of 4G EPC and 5G NGC architectures.

Familiarity with key network elements (e.g., AMF, UPF, SMF, MME, SGW/PGW).

Cloud & Virtualization: Proficiency in NFV (Network Function Virtualization), including hands-on experience with OpenStack, VMware, or Kubernetes (K8s).

Protocols & Tools: Strong ability to analyze signaling and protocols (e.g., HTTP/2, GTP, S1AP, Diameter).

Expertise in troubleshooting using tools like Wireshark or internal signaling tracing systems.

Experience needed

Prior experience in core network commissioning, software upgrades, cutovers, or emergency troubleshooting is highly preferred.
