Responsibilities

Visit corporate offices (banks, NGOs, embassies) to pitch bulk shipping discounts. Prepare tailored quotes and service-level agreements (SLAs) for large clients. Manage the onboarding process for new corporate accounts. Retain existing clients by conducting quarterly business reviews. Attend trade fairs and networking events to promote Tafika Courier.
