OVERVIEW

Green Fund Ltd is a microcredit agency licensed by the Reserve Bank of Malawi. The agency is looking for the services of Marketing Agents (MA). The MA shall be responsible for promoting the loan products and services of Green Fund Ltd. He/she shall work remotely, under the supervision of the Credit Marketing Manager.

Specific Responsibilities

• Identify potential civil servants eligible for payroll loans through various channels, such as physical visits, online search, referrals, and networking events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with civil servants, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine the most suitable loan options for civil servants, considering factors like income, expenses, and credit history.
• Assist civil servants with loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time.
• Promote loan products to civil servants, highlighting benefits like instant loan processing, competitive interest rates, flexible repayment terms, and convenient payroll deductions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets to earn commissions based on the loan size secured.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies to minimize risk and maintain a professional reputation

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum of Certificate preferably in marketing, communications, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and trust with civil servants
• Knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms
• Excellent sales and marketing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
