JOB DETAILS:
WE ARE HIRING!
CUSTOMER CARE CLERK
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Provide shipment, customs clearance and delivery updates.
- Liaise with operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up on customer queries and provide timely feedback.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- MSCE with good passes in English and Mathematics.
- Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of invoicing and basic accounting is an added advantage.
- A qualification in Business Administration or Accounting is desirable.
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: high school
