EPay Limited, a digital financial services provider, invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Representative for its Salima shop.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative I handle frontline customer support at the EPay shop. The role focuses on fast service, accurate transactions, customer registration, issue resolution, and compliance with company policies. Preference goes to candidates based in Salima.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally
  • Register customers and support wallet onboarding
  • Process cash-in, cash-out, and other mobile money transactions
  • Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues
  • Educate customers on EPay products and services
  • Maintain proper transaction records and daily reports
  • Ensure AML and KYC compliance at all times
  • Maintain shop cleanliness, order, and customer service standards
  • Support float management and system checks
  • Follow all EPay operational procedures

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Malawi School Certificate of Education
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field
  • Applicants must be 25 years of age and above
  • At least 1-year experience in customer service, mobile money, retail, or banking
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and basic systems
